Meet Rafael
Rafael is the Director of Sales and Marketing for ACES Title Agency. Rafael is also also a licensed Florida title insurance agent. He has a gift for gab and relishes presenting the “brand” that is ACES Title to new clients such as realtors, morgtage brokers and real estate investors. Through marketing events, social interactions and good old fashioned, pound-the-flesh schmoozing – Rafael gets the message out on everything ACES Title has to offer. Fluent in Spanish and English, Rafael is an adept real estate transaction closer and always pitches in to serve the diverse community that is South Florida.

Background
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Rafael came to the United States in 1992 and spent 2 years in Houston, Texas before moving with his wife to Florida. Rafael learned his way around bars, restaurants and technical sales before moving into the title industry. He has weathered the ups and downs of the real estate and title industry for over 16 years in a variety of positions, including a stint with one of the major Underwriters. Just prior to joining ACES, Rafael ran his own Florida title agency for six years until he merged the operation with a Fort Lauderdale attorney. He does a mean impression of a cat – just ask.
